While our 3.5 acres of grapes did not bear this year for various reasons, the elderberry harvest was good, and we will be making Elderberry wine. We will also be starting Chardonnay, Shiraz, and Pinot Grigio this year, but from grapes imported from California (with our temperatures, we can’t grow those varietals here).
